Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab opened on Thursday the second phase of the "185 Emergency" of the Kasr El Aini Hospital in Cairo.
The second face includes a 400-bed hospital for accidents and burns, in addition to nine operations rooms and will provide care for thousands of victims and patients around the clock.
