Cairo - MENA
EgyptAir, the national flag carrier, suspended all flights to Yemen 'until further notice' following the airstrikes Saudi Arabia and its allies staged against the Houthis.
In a statement, EgyptAir said a flight was scheduled to arrive from Sanaa airport Thursday but Cairo was notified by the Yemeni airlines about its cancellation due to the deteriorating security situation there.
Saudi Arabia and its Arab allies launched airstrikes early Thursday on the Shiite Houthis, who have controlled most parts of Yemen since September.
