Moroccan Tourism Minister Lahcen Haddad said that Morocco wants to develop tourism cooperation with Egypt.
In statements to MENA, Haddad pointed out that Egypt is an important state for Morocco.
There are Egyptian investors who care for investing in Morocco, he said, adding that there are also a large number of Egyptian tourists who visit Morocco.
These remarks came on the sidelines of Crans Montana Forum.
There is a noticeable progress in the touristic cooperation between both states, especially at the level of the private sector, he added.
On the participation of the Moroccan Tourism Ministry in this forum, the minister said that the conference attracts the attention due to the participation of effective politicians and officials.
He said that Dakhla city is important for coast and desert tourism.
